RETURN & REFUND

At Feelily, we’re committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed.

NOTE:

1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

4. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

5. The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

6. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

7. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

8. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

9. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
