What can I do if I’m not receiving emails from Feelily?

After you sign up and place an order, you should receive multiple e-mails from us. These e-mails include Feelily newsletters, order confirmation emails, shipping confirmations, password reminders and any responses from our Customer Service team.

 

There may be a number of reasons why you haven’t got these from us.

  1. Your email software may have marked our emails as junk mail. To stop this from happening, please add “[email protected]” to your email address book.

  2. Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. To ensure you have the correct e-mail address, sign in to your account.

 

If after this you are still having trouble, contact us giving us the details as much as you can and we will try our best to help.
